Bond & Bond AC-501 RUST TRANSFORMER has found a solution to the age old problem of rust removal. The solution is to leave the rust where it is and to apply a product to the rust and convert it to a harmless form. The use of the product is simple. AC-501 forms a chemical bond with the iron in rust (Iron Oxide0 to destroy the character of the rust. the resulting treated surface will resist rusting and will not wash off with water. The corrossion process being perpetuated by the rust is stopped and the treated surface which adheres strongly to the base metal provides a good base for painting.
