HIGH PERFORMANCE CARBON FIBRE STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING SYSTEM
STST-101 is a high performance super strengthening seismic retrofitting systems. It increase flexural, shear, Fatigue, Resistance.
SYSTEM STEP :
- Surface preparation
- Application of Bond & Bond AC-501 (Rust Convertor) on rusted steel bar.
- Application of Bond & Bond EP-2216 (Epoxy + Hardener) low viscous 100% solid material for grouting in crack.
- Application of Bond & Bond EP-2214 (Epoxy + Hardener) low viscous 100% solid priming coat.
- Application of Bond & Bond Ind Seal Epoxide putty for sealing and rendering the substrate.
- Application of EP 2214.
- Lay up the Carbon fiber required sized. (Apply 2nd coat it required)
- Apply EP 2214 & sealer coat of pp 302/plaster.
