HEAT-COLD INSULATION CUM WATERPROOFING

WP-113 or WP-114 is formulated for HEAT-COLD INSULATION CUM WATERPROOFING & weatherproofing, Hydrophobic (Water repellent) resistance to abrasion, acids, alkalis, saline weather, solvents, chemicals, mould, algee and fungus growth. It forms joint less finish with nylon net reinforcing in heavy duty coating system for metal, wood, concrete and masonry surfaces for exterior and interior use.

WP-112 ( A- 7-9oC for wood, concrete, fiber sheet, cement sheet etc B- up to 14 oC for metal roof )

WP-113 ( A- 5-7oC for wood, concrete, fiber sheet, cement sheet etc B- up to 9 oC for metal roof )

METHOD OF USE:-

(1) SURFACE PREPARATION:- Surface should be Dry, clean, even and free from dust, dirt, paint, rust, Algee, grease, soluble salt, or other contaminations and Damp free. For cleaning use hand or power tools and cleaning chemicals / paint remover and then use rust remover or sand blasting wherever required.(2)For waterproofing Visible Crack should be open & fill by paste of WP-103 or WP-112 with any + Filler/ cement (3) invisible /hair line crack should be fill by CAD-903(Take 1 Kg CAD-903 + 9 Kg water & fill like pond, allow 24 hrs and clean the surface. (4) Apply first primer thin coat on clean & dry surface (5) Apply second coat on first coat (6) Lay down fiber net wherever required for better result. Use fiber net where reinforcing is required.
